Dear Ex N' Flex,
I am writing because I thought you should be aware my progress with both the Ex N' Flex EF-250 Leg unit and the EF-100 arm unit. I have had MS for 11 years. I am basically confined to a wheelchair , however I still have a little active use of my legs and arms.

After only 3 weeks of using the Ex N' Flex machines I am already experiencing many Potential Benefits. I can now wiggle the toes of my left foot which had no movement previously and I can move the toes of my right foot voluntarily without having to concentrate. I am able to feel the increase in circulation in my legs after each session as there is a wonderful tingling sensation I feel in my legs. I am already able to lift my arms higher which has helped me with many regular daily activities. The increase in my arm strength is also helping with transferring into my wheel chair. In the past when I laid down in bed I would end up with spasms in both my arms and legs. Since beginning the Ex N' Flex therapy, I am no longer experiencing these spasms. I have also found that my energy level and positive mental outlook have increased greatly. I now have a reason to get out of bed each day.

To summarize, all I can say is, the Ex N' Flex equipment is "Positively Fantastic" and I would highly recommend it for anyone with Multiple Sclerosis.

Dear Ex N' Flex,
I thought I would drop you a line to let you know how much I'm in love with my Ex N' Flex therapy machine. It truly was love at first site! The machine does everything your ad promises.

I've progressed to two 8 minute sessions and one 4 minute session, and I have proudly put almost 7 miles on it. My endurance has increased, allowing me to increase the distance that I walk on a daily basis. I look forward to using my machine every day, and when I have a day knowing I won't be using it, I'm disappointed.

Karl, I want to thank you so much for your continued help from the beginning of purchasing the Ex N' Flex. Even though we never met, you made me feel as though we've known each other for years.

Dear Ex N' Flex:
The Ex N' Flex has been a real godsend. It is the only lower body exercise I get. I honestly don't know where I would be today without it.

I am 49 years old and was diagnosed with MS ten years ago. Five years ago I developed a severe blood clot in my thigh. Because of both of these complications, using the Ex N' Flex is invaluable to my health.

Since I started using the Ex N' Flex 16 months ago, I feel better; my circulation is better; the tissue in my feet and legs has improved immensely. A deep cut in my foot that hadn't healed in months started to heal almost immediately after getting the Ex N' Flex. Need I say more? I could go on and on . . .
