I am a 53 year old woman. I was diagnosed with MS over 34 years ago and I purchased the Ex N'Flex in March of 2000. I have used it most every day. I was dependent on a wheelchair but since then I drive again, do all of our shopping, laundry, cooking and most cleaning. I have walked using a walker for almost five years now and am starting to use canes as walking aides again. I was able to discontinue taking muscle relaxers and all other medications except one to treat pain but that is also improving. When I don't use the Ex N'Flex I do start to get stiff. It has improved my circulation allowing me to be warmer during the cold. That machine has been a Godsend and I reccomend it to everyone who wants to be mobile again. It stretches muscles making it easier to walk. Trust me, I can not tell you in words how much "life" it has helped me to regain! It truely works to do everything it says it does. Don't doubt it!! Make it a must in your life ASAP!!! My neurologist is in awe of my accomplishments. Extremely, abundantly happy from PA.!!!

I LOVE my model 300! I have had MS since at least 1998 but it went undiagnosed until two years ago. By then, I had lost most of the balance and function of my left leg. I've only been using the ex'nflex for a couple of months yet I already see some signs of muscle definition; my balance is improved markedly; and many days I 'forget' to take my cane with me because I don't feel I need it! Recently, I went to the desert for some much needed rest and being an avid birdwatcher, I went with my sweetheart up a dirt road that was littered with sticks and was uneven, using only my walking poles (like ski poles with feet on them). It was the first time in at least three years that I felt like I was walking with a fairly normal gait. It felt great! My sweetheart remarked that he'd been watching me get up and around our hotel room and the little trailer in the desert and had noticed how much improved my walking appeared. The best $$ I've ever spent! I would be happy to be your 'poster child' as I am amazed at the difference in such a short time. I was only hoping to stave off muscle atrophy. I never expected actual improvement. Thank you all so very much for improving my quality of life.

I have been living with MS for nearly 24 years and wheelchair bound for 18 of those years. I purchased my first Ex N' Flex in 2002. I was Dealing with Swollen Feet and significant leg spasms. Within weeks of using my Ex N' Flex, my spasms and oedema abated and I was able to wear shoes again. I recently had some minor repair work done on my Ex N' Flex. Within a few days without it, my leg spasms returned. Since having it back my spasms have again abated. Ex N' Flex is a wonderful product that has made a sigificant impact on my qualtiy of life. I would not be without one.

I bought my EF 300 after having difficulty getting on my power assisted bike. my legs just couldn't go over the seat.
well, this machine is wonderful. I have had MS for over 20 years. I have spasisty, weakness in my legs, and can't sit for long periods.
the ex n flex has increased my flexibity. I can now lift my good leg high enough to place my foot on my walker seat. I get out of bed easier. I sleep better. My legs don't jerk violently during the night. I can stand longer and can sit longer. I am only doing a total of 20 minutes a day for now on the days I do not swim at the YMCA.
I am looking forward to riding my bike this summer. should have no problem lifting the leg over.
I wish i had known of this machine years ago, but glad I have it now. I could not live without it!

Thank you EXN FLEX. This is the first time in years that my legs are
really moving. MS had made my legs weak and spastic, and trying to
stretch out those atrophy cramps by myself was exhausting. The
passive cycling of the EF-250 is wonderful because I can exercise
without needing a nap afterword. It provides a wonderfully easy
workout so using it everyday is not a chore. I can even sit at my
desk and do work while the EXN FLEX keeps me from getting stiff and
sore. It's one of the best investments I've ever made.

My husband has been paralysed from the chest down following an accident in March 2005. We purchased the Ex n Flex 250 in August this year.He has already found a reduction in the spasms he has been experiencing in his legs, which is a great relief to him and also helps me when I am moving him.The exercising has become a very important part of his daily routine. The service provided by Ex n Flex has been exellent, after placing the order it took only 3 days to be delivered, and I have had several calls from Giselle and Linda to make sure everthing is okay. If you are considering purchasing this machine then I would say go ahead,I am sure you will get great results just as we have.

I have had the Ex n Flex EF250 model for about 5 years now. I use it almost every day, as my legs are paralyzed, and it helps to keep my blood flowing and my muscles from atrophying. The forward and backward motions help exercise the different muscles in my legs.

I have advanced progressive multiple sclerosis. I got my Ex N' Flex EF-250 in 1999. At that time I was able to do more physically, such as swimming and therapeutic horseback riding. Now that my MS has progressed and I am more disabled, the Ex N' Flex has become more important to me since it is an exercise that I can still do. I use it for 40 minutes, half the time in reverse, about five times a week. My wife and I believe it has helped reduce spasticity and improved circulation and flexibility.

The customer support has been very good, very helpful.

On my personal website, there is a picture of my riding the bike on the homepage: www.beejet.com

I am grateful to Ex N' Flex for making such a valuable product.
