I am delighted to endorse the use of the Ex N’ Flex Machines in a nursing home population. I am a family doctor with a part time Nursing home practice in New Market, Ontario.

The leg unit has helped a wheelchair bound lady to relearn to walk and it also reduces cramps and improves circulation to legs and feet in the elderly confined to a bed or wheelchair.

When the machines are used on a daily basis my patients have shown an increase in flexibility in joints and tendons and have an improved mood and are much easier to handle by nursing staff.

The patients can administer their treatments themselves after instruction and reduce their dependence on other people for exercise.
