The older I get, the more I realize how important movement is. Ex N’ Flex provides movement for those of us who are unable to do so on their own.

Many with MS, like me, lose the ability to use their hip flexor muscles, which makes movement even in bed, a very difficult task. My flexors are slowly reviving due to using this marvelous device, and I highly recommend for anyone with mobility issues to use it as well. Initial slight marginal improvements make a big difference, and it only gets better with consistent use.
